Tasks
This Committee is headed by the program director and directs the quality assurance activities of the program in coordination with the College Quality Assurance Unit such as

• To manage and supervise the surveying and evaluation processes.
• To arrange for the visits of the external and internal program evaluators.
• To arrange for the meetings of the Professional Advisory Board of the program, receive and make use of its report.
• To receive and make use of the student advisory committee reports.
• To establish the evaluation criteria required by the subject committee for the evaluation process.
• To receive the course reports and feedbacks from the Subject Committees.
• To recommend any developmental actions regarding the program, and raise them to the Department Council.
• To  follow  the  courses  developmental  documentation,  as  well  as  the  preparation  and development of the program belongings on the college web-site.
• To manage the tasks for preparing the self-study reports (SSR,s) required for self assessment and accreditation process.
